A: Dirty Aces Building is a construction company that specializes in delivering high-quality projects through structured approach. We follow seven distinct phases to ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.
PHASE 01
DESIGN
Evaluate jobs feasibility, requirements and objective. We are happy to work with your architect, but we have a preferred architect ready to design your job.

PHASE 02
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Complete plans for the structures design and a detailed project road map. This includes but not limited to project details, budget, site evaluation, permits.

PHASE 03
PROCUREMENT
This phase is very important. We ensure strategic planning, logistics, and acquisition of material always has the customer's best interest at hand. Gathering bids and comparing them will ensure project stays on budget.

PHASE 04
CONSTRUCTION
The execution phase, where planning and design payoff. This is where the real fun begins. We guarantee project monitoring, subcontractor management , quality control, and safety compliance.

PHASE 05
COMMISSIONING
The final phase of construction. The commissioning phase of construction is a quality-focused process that verifies all building systems. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are installed, tested, operated, and maintained to meet the owner's project requirements and design specification.

PHASE 06
OWNER OCCUPANCY
A building inspector verifies the structure meets all codes before issuing a certificate of occupancy, allowing legal occupancy. A final inspection by the owner and contractor to identify and fix minor issues, defects, or incomplete work before final payment.

PHASE 07
PROJECT CLOSEOUT
Confirm all project requirements are met and obtain formal client acceptance/sign-off. Finalize all contracts and finances. Shake hands on the job well done!
